Main Function: Prepares portions, rotates, and serves foods on a daily basis following production sheets and posted patient menu. Works on trayline (assembly line) for our patients. Stocks galleys in medical floors with patient snacks. Works in dishroom doing dishes/pots and pans. Deliver meal carts to floors and pickup restock. Keeps the kitchen clean and organizes area to provide safe and palatable food service to patients, staff and guests. Demonstrates regard for the privacy of all patients, guests, and hospital employees. Works as a TEAM MEMBER to provide quality food to all requiring our service
